Works well
Overall I like this thermometer. I verified it read accurately by comparing it to a digital thermometer I had laying around.

I have it placed in a freezer I converted to a fermentation chamber. I gave it four stars because I was unable to get the suction cups to stick to anything in the freezer and therefore it just rests on the shelf.
