Excellent taste at bottling
Just bottled this and it is delicious. I added some additional oak in the secondary and will let the other bottles sit. This has a deep garnet red color and a nice dry finish. I will buy this wine kit again.

Favorite Red right now
This has been a crowd pleaser. My only regret is I got down to 3 bottles left before ordering another kit. Nice body red that is not sweet, but does not have dry tannin flavor either.

This is my second batch. The first was aged for 18 months in a glass carboy using 3 oz. of French oak. It was a big hit. I'd recommend this kit to my wine -making friends.
