Future IPA
6.3% ABV,45 IBU.  - Grain to glass time: 9 days - Hazy IPA
This beer is all about the hops. Huge amounts of Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops bring heady amounts tropical and citrus aromatics on top of a hazy body comprised of flaked oats, Carafoam, and 2-row malts. This beer is incredible immediately when carbonated. Best enjoyed fresh.

Chubby Stout
7.3% ABV - 64 IBU - Grain to glass time: 12 days - American Stout
This is a big robust beer. Notes of cherry and oak due to the combo of dark caramels and very dark roast malt. Excellent base beer for additions such as coffee, caocao or oak chips. The grain to glass time is 12 days, and this beer really hits it’s prime after sitting in the BEERTAP for a week or two.

Ghost Wheat
ABV: 5.3% - IBU: 36 - Grain to glass time: 10 days - American Wheat Ale
Very clean Wheat Ale with a familiar American hop character. Slightly resinous Simcoe 60 minute addition lets the lemon forward allows Amarillo to be the main hop focus.The grain to glass time is approximately 10 days. Once the beer is fully carbonated in the tap, it’s best to wait between 3 and 7 days for the beer to mature.

Squeaky Kolsch
ABV: 5.4% - IBU: 32 - Grain to glass time: 10 days - Classic German Kolsch
Very light body but with some complexity from the Vienna. Northern Brewer and Tettnang hops give a classic aromatic profile. Light and quaffable. Grain to glass time is 10 days, and ideal drinking time is one week after that. Prost!

Redwood IPA
ABV: 7.3% - IBU: 66 - Grain to glass time: 12 days - West Coast IPA
Copper body with piny and resinous hops. This beer is all about the hops! To pack all the hop flavor and aromatics in without getting overly bitter,This beer takes 12 days from grain to glass, and another 2-3 weeks in the BEERTAP to work out it’s green flavors. A few drops of ALDC and Haze Reducer with the yeast pitch will cut this maturation time down from 2-3 weeks to just 2-3 days.
This is a hoppy beer! We recommend using the Hop Filter to prevent to hops from getting into your BeerBag.

Jurassic Ale
ABV: 5.8% - IBU: 39 - Grain to glass time 9 days - American Amber Ale.
This is effectively an American Amber Ale, but with a European yeast to dry it out. The copious amounts of Caramunich Type III give it its dark amber color while the Amarillo and Cascade hops add lemon and grapefruit flavors. The grain to glass time of this beer is approximately 10 days. This beer requires another 3 to 5 days in the BEERTAP to clarify and reach it’s yeast-free drinking zone, and this beer is crystal clear after 10 days in the tap.
