(General AA range 5.5-6%) This is a Hallertau Mittelfrüh variety that was openly pollinated in New Zealand, producing this fantastic late addition flavor/aroma hop! It has a clean, floral aroma, with a spiciness slightly reminiscent of cinnamon. Orange Marmalade is also a flavor description of this hop. Can be substituted in any recipe you planned on using any of the Hallertau varieties in. This hop is also known as Pacific Hallertauer. Our thought is they reomved the Hallertauer name tag because that may limit use in all the new world beers. While you can easily sub it out for Hallertau try it your next pale as well. The high oil content is going to reward you with a pungent Hoppiness.
