Solid equipment, but a few areas for improvement
Just finished my first batch. High quality equipment. I would give it 3.5 stars because their are a couple features that I think could be better.

First, when selling this as a kit with the heating and chilling package, at least include the bracket for the correct piece of equipment. The triclamp bracket for the FTS controller is a necessary piece of equipment that should be standard. Instead you get the black metal bracket that does not work on the unitank and so you have to order the triclamp bracket. This is really annoying because if you order through SSBrewtech, the bracket is $3 more, but cost $15+ when ordering separately. It is a bit annoying that I ordered a unitank, but they can't even have a unitank specific FTSs package.

Another annoyance is the poor quality of the caster wheels that you can order for these. They are too small and poor quality. It ended up removing them and going to the hardware store to by a quality set of caster wheels.

The last thing I'll mention is a potential safety issue. I know that the 7 gallon unitank is small, but it really should have 4 legs like the other sizes. The unit is very front heavy and you really have to be careful to not tip it over. I have witnessed a very nasty cut on a friend's forearm as a result it tipping while cleaning his unitank.

Overall I am very happy with this purchase, and feel this is another quality piece from SSBrewtech, but these improvement could make it that much better.
