Each 49 oz can of blackberry puree is made from 100% blackberries with all seeds removed. Use one to two cans per 5 gallon batch of beer or mead. One can will give a slight flavor while two cans will produce a more pronounced fruit flavor. Because the product is sterile you can add directly to your fermenter for maximum flavor. There is no need to boil the puree. This product can also be used to make excellent fruit wines. Vintners Harvest is manufactured by Oregon Fruit Products.

Tried a sour fruity beer with raspberry/blackberry at a brewery, it was delish. We’re trying to make one similar to that at home. Glad you have these flavors. I don’t have to buy actual fresh berries.

Worked great for us.
We made a blackberry wheat saison and it was absolutely delicious. A little bit of lactose and maltodextrin for body and residual sweetness.

Blackberry DIPA
My 7% DIPA turned out pretty well.
I was surprised that the 5 gl batch actual could have used more than the one 49oz can. I figured it would only take about 28oz. Also added a little pure vanilla extract to round out the flavor.
Still, very happy with the flavor.

Kettle sour BlackBerry Hibiscus
Used to make a fruited kettle sour. Used only 16 oz in a 3 gallon batch. Left a slight jammy taste at 1st, but after aging a few months nice BlackBerry after notes.

Adds outstanding flavor to cider (as well as raising ABV). I'd definitely recommend puree over the small bottles of extract flavors.

Could work great for a seasonal beer if it doesn't make it too fruity??
