Start With All-Grain Brewing

Most homebrewers start with extract brewing, but they quickly find themselves moving to All-Grain brewing after a few batches. With AG brewing you will be performing a mash to get your fermentable sugars rather than using an extract, like liquid malt extract (LME) or dried malt extract (DME). This process adds some time to your brew day, but it gives you complete control over the fermentable sugar profile and gives a much greater selection of malts to work with; allowing you to truly create your own flavors from scratch. If you want to brew just like the pro’s do, then AG brewing is it.

All-Grain brewing in some cases requires extra equipment, but with all-in-one (EBIAB) systems like the BrewZilla you can jump into AG brewing quickly and cost effectively. Of course nothing gives you the control, flexibility and capacity of a traditional 3 vessel system like our BrewSculpture™. Regardless of what path you take to AG brewing, we got you covered and are here to help you guide you through the process. Take a look at some of the categories & informational pages below and feel free to give us a call or email with any questions you might have by clicking on the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the page.
